Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable.
As with all handcrafted items, no two pieces are the same. Variations in size, colour, and design will naturally occur. All handcrafted items might have a smell due to the natural materials used.
No refund will be issued if the parcel gets returned to the seller due to the buyerâs failure to pay for the customs duty / import tax.

All domestic orders in need of a replacement request are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.
