REFUND POLICY

Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable.

As with all handcrafted items, no two pieces are the same. Variations in size, colour, and design will naturally occur. All handcrafted items might have a smell due to the natural materials used.

No refund will be issued if the parcel gets returned to the seller due to the buyer’s failure to pay for the customs duty / import tax.

RETURN POLICY

Please note that all sales are final and non-returnable except if the product arrives damaged, missing or wrong, you may request for an exchange.

At Suma Casa, we take great care to inspect and package our products before they ship. Unfortunately, accidents may happen on the way to you. If your order arrives damaged, missing, or wrong, please snap a picture and reach out to us quickly. We'll help you take the next steps to ensure you're taken care of.

DOMESTIC EXCHANGE

All domestic orders in need of a replacement request are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.

 

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE

All International orders in need of a replacement request are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
